I get why people are comparing Cockroach Janata Party with the India Against Corruption protests of 2011. The organizational tactics and the issues raised are the same. But the similarity ends there. The CJP — at least at this initial stage — is far more organic (that is, bottom-up) and it is in opposition to the BJP. The India Against Corruption movement, intentionally or unintentionally, benefited the BJP. The CJP will only damage it. How much, is an open question though.

I actually have a lot of ongoing projects already. Two research papers, two upcoming conferences, dissertation proposal etc. It's just that on a day-to-day basis I don't have anything.
