The customs guys at the US port do the checks for the receiving country. Not sure why but they kept deciding to reject it, the courier then sending it back to the sender, with bizarre objections. I speak as someone who taught CS, studied CS and has a CS PhD and now works in R&amp;D because brexit caused many universities to ditch teaching staff when they feared cuts to EU funding.
