I’m sorry you’re going through it (fellow cortisone shot spine person here, bulging disc impinged on my nerve bad enough to damage nerves all the way to my fingertips, at its worst). I didn’t start to have really good effects from the shot till about two weeks after, then it did help me intensify my physio a lot which became a positive feedback loop. I hope your doctor has some support to offer. Otherwise, just deep sympathy for something that really sucks :(

I’m excited, the boot repair place is shipping my boots back to me! I bought these knee high boots probably over a decade ago, and at the time they were fantastic because you could get them made in any calf width, etc. They don’t fit anymore and I was sad about it.

So I found a place in Toronto that specializes in resizing boots and you just mail them along with measurements. I’d much rather use what I have than buy something new. Here’s hoping!
