Europe for example more PPE sizes are available for women which provides a bigger comfort for them while working in addition to them not minding the layers due to the cold weather, but as for the GCC, I struggled to find safety shoes for women… and the weather makes you hate wearing the layers, some men were okay with layers and the heat but I suppose women can be a bit more sensitive biologically
