They will construct an entire legal framework around Bitcoin, just as they did around the constitutional republic this country was founded on, making it impossible to use as truly sovereign money without being a criminal.<br/><br/>Most people don’t realize this, but as a U.S. CITIZEN, you do not have full constitutional rights or guaranteed access to the Bill of Rights, despite being taught otherwise. Why? Because they created an entirely separate legal reality.<br/><br/>A major key to understanding this deception lies in the Emergency Banking Relief Act (Public Law 1, 73rd Congress, March 9, 1933), which amended the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 (50 U.S.C. § 4305(b)(2)). This amendment extended the definition of “enemy” to include U.S. citizens during times of declared national emergency, even in peacetime.<br/><br/>As a result, all Americans became classified as enemy belligerents under the authority of the Executive. Since then, the courts most Americans deal with are not Article III constitutional courts, but Article I (legislative) and Article II (executive/military) tribunals. These are administrative courts operating under Roman Civil Law, not Common Law, and in them, you have no unalienable rights only revocable privileges.<br/><br/>But when you understand how to exit their legal matrix which I’ve done through an extensive process, you can begin using Bitcoin as it was truly intended. <br/><br/>One of the critical steps is becoming the Secured Party Creditor over your ALL CAPS JOHN DOE estate/corporation. That cannot be said about any of these professions, for example, doctors, lawyers, plumbers, electricians, mechanical engineers, etc. It takes time and skill to enter into any of these professions, but on average, they make less money than an associate investment banker, salesperson, or trader. From birth we are conditioned to accept particular ideas and ways of thinking. This conditioning is passed down from our parents, who inherited it from their own predecessors. As we reach school age, this process continues, with education reinforcing “consensus” viewpoints. For some, higher education introduces even more layers of societal conditioning. Many individuals go through life repeating what they believe to be undeniable truths, often based simply on what they&#39;ve heard over and over again throughout their lives. In recent years, particularly since 2020, it has become increasingly apparent to those who have critically assessed the state of the world that reality is not as it seems.<br/><br/>The question we must ask ourselves is: where does this consensus thinking originate? A monumental figure in my awakening has been David Icke, whose work has significantly contributed to my understanding of the world. For over 30 years, Icke has been uncovering the truths behind a nefarious global network and how its systems operate. However, a part of me always felt that something was off about how the world worked and i didn’t buy into much of mainstream anything, hell i believed a secret cabal did actually control the world without ever really looking into it. My involvement in intense combat sports, such as collegiate wrestling and mixed martial arts, kept me preoccupied for many years.
