I have straight hair, and after someone else had cut my hair so the end was straight, I figured I&#39;d give it a go. I cut off about the same amount from the bottom on all the hair, making sure each side was the same length. I also try to not cut it straight at the end, but move the scissors up and down a little as I cut very little at a time, or cut almost straight up so not a big chunk gets shorter than the rest. Mr. Dan Harkin himself! His dad started the business in the 30s I believe it was, and when he passed away in 74, Dan took over. He tipped sideways, but they held him up and kept him from sliding too far over.
