we used to have speed cameras on big metal frames (I don't know what they're called), across 4 lane freeways. They were challenged because the vibration in the frame because of the traffic on the road ruined the calibration. They have been replaced by the concept of average speed along a stretch. Based on the amount of speeding, I don't think the average speed thing is very successful 😆

I've heard of dry fasting, that seems wild! I eat in a 4 hour window most days. Have done 30ish hours when I got really busy and realised it was at about 26 hours and decided to see how long I could go. Might give a long er fast a go.... After the Pascha feast and Bright Week when I will eat much meat and dairy after 7 wks of mostly vegan 😂🙏

I don't have kids, so I know nothing, but I've heard it said that you should give little kids 2 or maybe 3 options for dinner, what to wear, to work treat, whatever. The parent makes the offer, they are happy to provide all of the options they offer the child makes their choice and feels like they won.
