There are some real gems here. And I find owners/staff are really happy to chat about cooking and food, if you're making something for the first (2nd, 3rd...) time because they actually know the food and the cuisine--something you rarely get (at any level) at a big grocery store.

I haven't had (trolley service) dim sum in ages, too. One of my fave Chinese restaurants does offer it as takeaway, so have done that. But it's not the same.

My resto lunch with a friend feels like the first time I've been in a restaurant for non-worky reasons in....ages.
