Umbrel is quite convinient for bitcoin/lightning node, nextcloud, immich and other apps provided by umbrel, so only you can access your data using Tailscale VPN. But for hosting a website there are esier ways than using umbrel. You can have a separate RPi with an apache server, just for your website. Recently (3 months ago) I switch to Thumbkey, I admit they both use a crazy layout, it takes time to lear, it but now I am quite fast with it and I would not switch back to a qwerty layout. Despite I recommend to give it a try, it is not for everyone.
