My comments were related to pastoral realities: when people ask for our blessing, we don't tend to go into the weeds. If someone were to get into the weeds, though, it'd set up a crisis of conscience.
Your comments on popes is why I am not an ultramontanist, and Pope Francis (God rest him) helped put the brakes on the tendency we'd had over the previous few decades of elevating everything a pope says and does to the level of Gospel.
That said, we cannot limit their authority. It is supreme and universal. Interesting to consider at what point they cease being popes: the minute they advocate heresy, the saints say.
At the same time, there is no individual with authority above them (save for God) to make this determination. And that's the real problem here.

For ptsd I recommend hero dose instead of microdose. It's very good for all sorts of trauma. Of course, there's a certain preparation to be done.

QR or card are the only two I've ever seen. Trezor has Bluetooth but it isnt airgapped

It's been a while since I met anyone that's got an hour attention span to learn something but I was just throwing that out there for the sake of pointing a simple solution to all this arm waving by people. Although am also old decrepit gen X who has a computer that doesn't ever get connected to the internet for my personal stuff so just seems normal

Forgot to mention a must, for us, with our back-breaking honey boxes, which is a rolling collapsible sports cart (like for carrying bats, gloves, etc). These shorten your transport if you are forced to park off-site, and keep your goods close at hand, but can be kept out of sight, under your table. Sometimes, too much product on display can be too much.

The reality is that if two people come up and ask for a blessing, you don't really get in to the weeds about why they're asking: you just grant it.
That document is a joke and most bishops know it, though: that's why there's really not official diocesan policies dealing with these things.
The key here, though, is what the bishop is requiring of me. If a priest in good conscience cannot serve the Ordinary for whatever reason, it's probably time to move dioceses. This happens sometimes, because it's paramount that we are respectful and obey. At the same time, we can't have a conflict with conscience.
