There is an abandoned Belle Époque bank right on our main street in town. My favorite indulgent fantasy is to get that property for my Resiliency Salon.

Huge lobby with Tiffany stained glass skylights can host repair cafes and other events. Plenty of offices for members and we could hopefully have volunteers on site all the time to help the community.

Space upstairs for two apartments, maybe guests and friends of our group can stay for free when they come visit to teach our community.

There's a basement parking garage with a drive through teller set up that we could repurpose for the bitcoiner logistics network to just drop off their Ghee or Oshi butter or whatever and keep on going up or down 81.

Beverly St closes on the weekends and we'd have a front row to all the street music festivals. There's a roof I bet I could put a little garden there and we could listen to the music without the crowd of the street.

I do utilize Bitchat but I’ve also used Briar, & Firechat.

I do utilize CashApp but I’ve also used PayPal/Venmo, Credit Karma, and Klarna, etc.

In the ideal world Signal, Threema, or SimpleX, etc. would implement Bluetooth features too.

In the ideal world, we could live 100% off of a Zeus, Stack, or Cake Wallet but unfortunately we’re not in the ideal world (yet).

Is Jack perfect, or is he evil, no, he’s a human like us all, yes, he made horrendous mistakes with Twitter, and X, and I completely understand why you’re holding that against him but it seems like he has changed, and that he’s building pragmatic tools to help get people onto a better system.

I think he genuinely regrets the things he’s done in the past, and I say this as someone who’s typically skeptical of most things.

Some facts:
1. You are backing up a seed, this is what you need to DERIVE your private key.
2. Your private key is 256bits long in SIZE
3. The elliptic curve cryptography algorithm reduces the SECURITY of that key to 128 bits due to collisions.

So by having 256 bits, you make it harder for someone to brute force your SEED, but for a private key that can spend your funds, that remains 128 bits.

For Multisig, you have so many layers of protection already, it's not really worth it if you are already feeling the fatigue.
