Once we fully complete the migration, you will have a better control of your logged in sessions, allowing you to see where you are logged in and terminate other sessions (e.g., lost device). Changing the password will allow you to logout all other sessions (compromised password) or disable the npub based login (compromised nsec).

I just have a pile of destroyed silverware in my office. I thought it would be a cool prop to prove to people it's possible.
Instead people either get skeptical and find it super off-putting that I've made so many "fake" bent out cutlery to trick them. Or they believe it and get themselves super freaked out that I'm doing telekinesis which is I guess ungodly.

The way we have promoted zapping-as-likes actively discouraged substantive tipping by normalizing the idea that 1 sat is an amount worth sending to someone, rather than an annoyance or an insult. Pages and pages of transaction spam, adding up to $0,25. Gee, thanks.

I've shifted all of the Lightning buttons up a notch (now starts at 210) and added comparison values, so that you get a "feel" for the actual purchasing power of the money you are sending them.

i have a limited personal experience living in an European society, but honestly i wouldn't put insincerity as a defining cultural feature here.

I forked Habla and Jumble and changed those. My habla.nostr.info is static html cause I don't want to run some js node server that the original author liked. I run jumble.nostr.info cause I like Jumble but also like to see full threads which @npub1syj…f6wl won't include as they only work with wild layout shifts. Fair enough but the beauty of FOSS - you can have it your way without hating on those who gave you their labor for free.
