To clarify, you asked me to address the monetary supply of Monero, and its audibility, and the resources I provided show both the technical answers, and simplistic answers.
You did not mention blockchain size which is a completely different issue.
But as of now the Monero blockchain is smaller, though I imagine that won’t always be the case.
Both Bitcoin, and Monero are currently facing mining pool centralization issues but Bitcoin’s is worse due to KYC hardware.
Pruned nodes ever heard of her?
I am of the belief it is an acceptable trade-off as markets (pre-ai) usually produced better, cheaper, & bigger capacity hard drives.
Monero could also peg, & L2, etc. to reduce data put on the blockchain.
Antminer has already tried to make a Monero ASIC, and was detected, & somewhat mitigated but you are free to try your option as well.

As far as I’m aware monero has a notable community, it might not be as big as Ethereum, Litecoin, etc. but I would say we have a strong, healthy, and growing community.
If you don’t accept monero’s tradeoffs I accept that, I appreciate you operating in a good faith discussion regarding this matter.

I'm down for it. You have my permission to continue.
You know compared to on chain zaps this is a breath of fresh air.
I'd still never touch Monero but damn, on chain zaps are just that bad.
Funny story. I was looking a refurbed PCs earlier for a personal project and I noticed a lot of them said no RAM 😂
How did you spend your Saturday night, Anon?

There is also a lot more of us then there are of them
As someone who has been laid off since September of 25. First couple months were great and enjoyable as I had been doing 7 days a week for months before the store closed. So I needed the time off. But by the new year I was itching to be productive again..
Hopefully starting an electrician apprenticeship in July 🤞
I've felt like a bum the last few months.
exactly.
so when you spend one the others aren't effected by the 10 block conf lock.
If its all one big UTXO every time you spend you have to wait for the change to unlock.
Happy (belated) Pizza Day from Breadeaux in Ashland! This is a Main Street bitcoin business done right.

That's my goal. Retirement in my mind is not needing to work for an income to sustain my life. But that doesn't mean I won't do anything. It doesn't even mean I won't earn an income. It'll just be completely my choice.
This is the future the want for us. It's going to be so much better than what we have today.
But like, proportionally more among Jews for some reason.
It was great. I was helping out with a black belt graduation today and the combination is a great stimulant.
Though I was only really active for a little bit. This kid had to go ham on pads and bags for half the time. Admirable work.

0 conf is a merchant decision. are they willing to bet you're not going to submit a *different* transaction mined and bet it gets mined after they see the honest one in the mempool?
the 10 conf lock is a protocol decision for ring signature randomization.
if you need to spend your change sooner, you need to break up your tx0 into several and spend them separately.
