This bottle is a banger with a cool story. I learned at the distillery tour that their master taster tried an original bottle brought by one of the family members to a company party (to show off allegedly - she had to convince them to open it for her). This bottle was born from her love of that bottle. I have to trust her for how close it really is but it's good either way.

This is what we get for having proprietary hardware and so few people capable of producing it. There's little incentive to increase supply when demand is so high and there's very little competition. I don't see anything changing until that does. That GPU might buy you a house at this rate 😂

We had a patient (there for a finger splinter) bitching at staff for treating a dude who walked in having a heart attack because he came in after him. And the dude was obviously very sick. Like anyone with an 80 IQ could tell he wasn't doing well.
A wild number of people expect emergency departments to be first-come, first-serve like a McDonald's. Being bitched at for this is a regular part of any day. And we can't point out precisely how retarded they are because of confidentiality.

have you done any surveys of net sales of all the known merchants on nostr? to put against your "hardly any people village farmers market"? nostr is more than zaps - you know this.
They need a lot of water, especially if there’s direct sunlight. Ours didn’t grow back from last year so we planted new ones.

I've never seen a physician office that wants patients to be there right at the appointment time. There's usually a request to get there a bit early for checking in and demographic/payment updates. Your appointment is with the physician at 830, not the front door. If I were your physician I'd expect you to handle all the other shit a bit early or just have it eat into your time. Wouldn't matter to me in that context. This probably why physicians always seem to run behind 5 or 10 minutes. Conveniently the amount of time they usually request you to arrive before the appointment. I can imagine lots of people do what you do.
I don't really care what you do. Just don't expect me to buy that you're always perfectly on time.
