วันนี้ ก็มีอีกวิธีที่น่าสนใจไม่แพ้กันที่ใช้ในการพูด ตอบ หรือใช้สื่อสาร เพื่อให้เหตุผล โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเวลาที่มีให้ไม่มาก แต่ก็ยังต้องอธิบายเหตุผล เราสามารถใช้วิธีนี้ได้ครับ
นั่นก็คือ คือ “약식 3단논법 (Enthymeme)”
ในบางครั้ง คำพูดที่ทรงพลัง…
ก็ไม่ใช่คำพูดที่อธิบายครบทุกขั้น
แต่เป็นคำพูดที่ “เว้นบางอย่างไว้” แล้วปล่อยให้คนฟังคิดต่อเอง

“약식 3단논법 (Enthymeme)”
คือ การให้เหตุผล"แบบย่อ"
เป็นการพูดที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องเรียงเหตุผลให้ครบ 3 ขั้นแบบตรงไปตรงมา
แต่เลือกพูดเพียง"บางส่วน" แล้วให้คนฟัง"เชื่อมความหมายต่อเองในใจ"
ตัวอย่างเช่น
“เขาจำรายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ ของเราได้”
“ดังนั้น เขาคงแคร์เรามากกว่าที่คิด”
สิ่งที่ “ละไว้” ก็คือ “คนที่ใส่ใจ มักจำรายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ ได้”
หรือ
“ในวันที่เราท้อ เขาคอยอยู่เคียงข้างเราเสมอ”
“ดังนั้น ความสัมพันธ์แบบนี้ ก็คงมีค่ามากๆไม่แพ้กัน”
สิ่งที่ “ละไว้” ก็คือ “คนที่อยู่กับเราในวันที่ลำบาก คือคนที่จริงใจหรือสำคัญ”

จริง ๆ แล้วเสน่ห์ของ 약식 3단논법 (Enthymeme) หรือ การให้เหตุผล"แบบย่อ" ไม่ได้บังคับให้คนฟังเชื่อทันที แต่ชวนให้คนฟัง “เติมเหตุผลเอง”และพอสมองเรารู้สึกว่าเป็นข้อสรุปที่เราคิดต่อได้เอง เรามักจะเชื่อมันง่ายขึ้นกว่าคำอธิบายยาว ๆ เสียอีกครับ
นี่คือคุณค่าของมันในงานสื่อสาร
เพราะมันช่วยให้คำพูด
- กระชับ
- ฟังลื่น
- จำง่าย
- และเข้าถึงอารมณ์คนฟังได้เร็ว
ในแง่การใช้จริง มักเหมาะกับงานที่ต้องการความคม ความสั้น และความรู้สึก เช่น
- การพูดโน้มน้าว
- การเขียนแคปชั่น
- การเล่าเรื่อง
- การทำคอนเทนต์
- หรือแม้แต่ประโยคสั้น ๆ ในชีวิตประจำวัน

แต่แน่นอนว่ามันก็มี 'จุดอ่อน' เหมือนกันครับ
เพราะเมื่อพูดไม่ครบ
คนฟังอาจตีความเกินไป
อาจเข้าใจไม่ตรงกัน
หรือเผลอสรุปในสิ่งที่ยังไม่มีหลักฐานพอ
บางครั้งคำพูดที่ฟังดู “ใช่” มาก
อาจเป็นแค่เพราะมันชวนให้เรารู้สึกว่า "ใช่"
ไม่ใช่เพราะมันถูกต้องเสมอไป

ถ้าเทียบกันแบบเข้าใจง่าย
“การให้เหตุผลแบบ 3 ขั้น (Syllogism)”
เหมาะกับการอธิบายเรื่องที่ต้องการ -ความชัดเจน -ครบถ้วน และ-เป็นระบบ ใช้ในวันที่เราอยากให้คนฟัง เห็นเหตุผลทีละขั้นแบบไม่ต้องเดาอะไรเพิ่ม

เหมาะกับการสื่อสารที่ต้องการ -ความกระชับ และ -พลังทางความรู้สึก
