En octobre 2025, le gouvernement a signé discrètement le décret n°2025-980 , sans débat parlementaire. Orange, Free, SFR, Bouygues : obligation de tout enregistrer pendant 12 mois.
Ce qu'ils voient : → Chaque IP que tu contactes → Les horaires de tes connexions → Ta localisation approximative → La durée de chaque session
Et ce n'est que la partie légale.
Il y a aussi TR-069 , le protocole qui donne à ton opérateur les clés de ta box à distance. Configuration, firmware, diagnostics. Sans te prévenir.
La bonne nouvelle : tu peux limiter ça. DNS chiffré, VPN, routeur personnel , chaque étape compte.

La réponse : tu héberges le tien !
Un VPS à 2,70€/mois. 30 minutes. Et tu as une infrastructure que personne d'autre que toi ne contrôle.
Aucune injonction légale ne peut forcer la livraison de données que ton serveur ne possède pas.
