I was pretty disappointed honestly.<br/><br/>At the root of his work is basically a rolling back of legal precedent to pre-antebellum era. It completely ignores the very unfavorable race laws towards large portions of what are now considered white people (Irish, Italians, eastern Europeans, etc were legally not white back then with all the disadvantages that entails). His work lazily cherry picks history, and most of it isn&#39;t even his work he just added short inflammatory commentary to a book someone else wrote that&#39;s public domain now. <br/><br/>There is a ton of work around Private Membership Associations that are well rooted in current legal precedent but anyone curious about that shouldn&#39;t look into his work it&#39;s a waste of time.
