I think you severely underestimate how eager people are to upload their ID. I think it will come initially down to 70% of people uploading ID and then there will be at least 20% peer pressured into it over the course of 2-3 years.

I saw them once while hiking through the Swiss' Alps. However they were not as cute as these. They were sort of fighting i guess. They looked maybe a touch darker.

That is what the barefoots are for. They basically mimick walking around bare feet. Your feet should never be locked in, it's why they have super flexible soles and a really wide front so your toes can splay instead of being held close together.
Your toes should naturally be the widest part of your foot, but for most people it's actually right behind the toes in the line of the ball of the foot because generic shoes are always too small.
I also try not not wear shoes (or socks) as much as possible.
I would like them to be repairable though. They are quite a bit more expensive than regular sneakers and in the beginning you feel like a clown if you look down towards the ultra wide toe part.

I think you are confusing the UK for Europe. Afaik there is nothing that stops me from installing AC. I don't even think the EU can even tell any citizen what they can and cannot do with their homes. That is (still) up to the countries.
Anyway, i'm finally getting AC. Not even because i'm melting in my house but because i now have an office without heating. It will help against melting @ 40°C for sure as well.

- hook it up, nothing happens
- leave it and come back 2 hours later
- find totally fried bitaxe
I don't want to agree but i have spend quite some hours on cheap knives trying to sharpen them. Watched several YouTube vids (they all have different techniques/methods) and i randomly produced a sharp knife on attempt 3 while i failed at least 20 attempts after it. I can't figure out what i'm doing wrong and have given up. Unfortunately i have a mix of knives that, if you want to use other sharpeners, i may have to buy several.
Looks like he's taking someone out for dinner.
