[ LNVPS/api ] fix: expand Any-protocol firewall rules with a port to tcp+udp (#165)
Instead of dropping the port when a rule's protocol is Any (which silently
widened the rule), expand it into two Proxmox rules - one tcp and one udp -
each carrying the port. Proxmox rejects a protocol-less dport (400 "'dport'
requires this property"), so a port with Any protocol cannot be a single
rule. Any without a port stays a single protocol-less rule.
to_pve_firewall_rule now returns Vec<VmFirewallRule> (to_pve_firewall_rules);

Single-locked-zone members are forwarded straight from /forums to
/forums/{zone} by the zone-first nav (ADR-107), so they never saw the
sash that only lived on the /forums index — e.g. a minimoonoir
auto-approved joiner. Extracted the sash into a shared component
(components/bbs_sash.rs) and render it under BOTH the forums-index hero
and the zone-landing ZoneHero, so every user meets it regardless of
which hero they land on.
