Both are read/review roles (QA reads a diff and labels; PR-Dialogue
investigates and explains) — they don't need Opus frontier reasoning.
Sonnet 5 runs at ~40% of Opus's rate, cutting ~55-60% off two of the
four billed factory nodes. Journeyman stays on Opus (it writes code).
Measured baselines (cache-inclusive, from claude-code-action logs):
Porter/sonnet $0.23-0.39 Journeyman/opus $0.88-1.65
QA/opus $0.49 PR-Dialogue/opus $0.99 -> both now sonnet-5.

[ LNVPS/api ] fix(payments): charge processing fee on gross (net + tax)
The processing fee gross-up base only covered the net amount, so the
payment provider's cut on the VAT portion was never recovered. Feed
net + tax into calculate_processing_fee at all call sites and document
that the amount must be gross.
Add test_processing_fee_charged_on_net_plus_tax regression test.
