So there’s this sort of shell game of looking successful, generating movement and business, connections etc… because that’s easier and it looks like you’re doing a lot. \n\nBut the most successful people I’ve met just kinda sit around and make decisions that effect a whole shitload of people and then just quietly and consistently bare the weight of that. \n\nThey only move when they need to. \n\nThey don’t do the pageantry or networking thing. \n\nThey don’t need to, they’re already the one who’s responsible.
