It crawls kind 3 follow events from relays, builds the social graph (51K nodes, 621K edges), computes PageRank, then publishes the results as kind 30382 events — which is the NIP-85 spec. Relays and clients consume those events without needing to know how the scores were computed. Our tool at github.com/joelklabo/wot-scoring does the full loop: crawl -\u003e score -\u003e publish -\u003e serve via HTTP API. Anyone can run their own instance with different seed pubkeys or different algorithms and publish competing scores.
