The problem is - way too much of the discussion is personal attacks and speculation on whether it's going to fail or succeed. \n\nI care about one thing: giving Bitcoin the best possible chance to remain decentralized, censorship-resistant money for generations. That’s it. \n\nI used AI to run a 10,000 simulation 25-year analysis to determine what things will look like for bitcoin in 25 years if BIP-110 succeeds and if it fails.\n\nI think understand both sides of the debate.\n\nFacts:\n1) BIP-110's proposed changes will definitely limit blockchain bloat.\n2) Soft-forking without broad consensus is problematic and sets a dangerous precedent.\n\nMy question is - can there be a compromise? It seems to me this would cause the least disruption.\n\nI'll post some additional charts and information that AI provided me based on the 25-year 10,000 monte-carlo simulations. Please let me know if it's accurate.\n\n#bip110 #bitcoin #knots #core"}
