My justice system would not have a process for the people that's near impossible to  invoke. I just know that any anarchy \u0026 people turning into militias will only cause martial law \u0026 then when martial law is in effect all laws are suspended \u0026 people have 0 rights. If it ever gets to that point then it's over we the people lost.\n\nThe people cannot out gun or out bankroll the government which is why an anarchy approach will never work.
