Usually I use Himalayan salt and today I used some Kona sea salt, so next time, I'll use 1 tsp of Himalayan salt. \n\nIt was super easy... And the texture is what I was looking for-- crispy outside and chewy inside... \n\nThis may not be an  authentic, spend days in the kitchen focaccia recipe, but my grandma would certainly give it a 👍 :-)\n\nI'll definitely build on this base.
