But on the other side is would it even work if it was.  I just figured NO since it only addresses OP-Return and we had jpgs before OP-Return.  I was correct but I had no idea HOW correct.  \n\nBut it makes spam more expensive, yep, .02% more.  Anyone ever make an economic decision over that.  Nope.
