It’s one of my favorite things about summer. I buy a case a week from local farmers. If you have more than you can eat before they spoil, I like to freeze slices. The trick is to let them get super ripe, slice small bit size wedges, place them on a cookie sheet spread out on parchment paper. After they are frozen, transfer them to a bag and put them back in the freezer. I do one sheet at a time and keep filling the bag up. You have so freeze them individually like this otherwise they stick together and are hard to separate for consumption. </html></oembed>
