I'm also very skeptical of anyone in the space that shows up with lots of money, or wants to be involved when there's lots of money. I'm not passing judgement on anyone... just well aware of all the sharks with an agenda in the water. Having a mission statement is essential. It would be the rock that you use to help secure partners, and then refer to down the road when things get dicey... cuz they will.
