To strengthen ecosystem resilience and redundancy, Blockstream is launching a new swaps feature. This initiative was already in development as part of our broader effort to build a more resilient suite of tools for the Lightning and Liquid networks. This system is currently in beta testing with select participants. This was not an effort to replace any one provider. We see Blockstream Swaps as a complementary implementation that adds much-needed redundancy and diversity to the ecosystem. These recent events have only reinforced that need, and we are accelerating efforts to bring Blockstream Swaps to market.
