And awareness is the muscle. 🫁&#xA;&#xA;When you build the muscle of breath awareness, everything changes.&#xA;&#xA;Slow it down.&#xA;In through the nose.&#xA;Out through the nose.&#xA;Feel the belly expand.&#xA;&#xA;Nose breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the “rest and digest” state. Calm. Clear. Present.&#xA;&#xA;Mouth breathing and shallow chest breathing? That’s fight or flight. Stress chemistry. Elevated heart rate. Tension. Reactivity. Always slightly on edge.&#xA;&#xA;One keeps you surviving.&#xA;The other lets you live.&#xA;&#xA;A simple practice: set small reminders throughout your day labeled “breath” or “gratitude.” When it goes off — pause. Slow down. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the nose. Feel your body. Feel your life.&#xA;&#xA;That’s how you build the habit.&#xA;That’s how you rewire your state.&#xA;&#xA;And that’s how you access the present moment — the only place life is happening. The only place you can truly listen… to yourself, to others, to something higher.</html></oembed>
