Whenever I make bread, it seems to not last more than a week or so before it starts to mold. Now I know I live in a relatively humid area and currently it&#39;s definitely the wet season and shit is raining. But this happens even during summer.&#xA;&#xA;Do I just need to eat my bread faster? Or can I put like a humidor pack in my bread box or something? Is there any technique that someone can point me towards to kind of extending the shelf life of my bread That doesn&#39;t include putting a bunch of bullshit in the dough? </html></oembed>
