It&#39;s from a Sourdough culture that we have been running for a couple years. We generally keep the culture in the refrigerator. We feed it water and milled wheat every so often.&#xA;&#xA;Instead of making a full loaf, we divide into thirds for bread bowls. 2 x a Sourdough recipe, you get 6 bread bowls.&#xA;&#xA;I need to check with the boss, but I think we use 50% King Arthur flour and 50% hand milled  red wheat berries when we make bread for this recipe&#xA;&#xA;</html></oembed>
