If a challenge is a "high-effort" or requires participants to go the extra mile—like filming a video, writing a detailed story, or executing a complex task—to explicitly state the reward (or "tip") UPFRONT. High-effort activities demand a chunk of a user's day, creativity, and energy. When you clearly state the tip amount upfront, you are sending a direct message: "We know this takes work, and we respect your time enough to tell you exactly how we intend to value it." This builds immediate trust. This isn't just nice to have but it's also essential for the activity's success and transparency. Thank you
