Chances are, that person has the sort of insight and mind you&#39;re probably looking for. But a lot of companies these days say they want that but act in a contradictory way. I think pay has some role here. It&#39;s easier to low ball someone who looks like just another needle in a stack of needled. But if you want real talent, you probably can&#39;t hire a generic person. It&#39;s weird out there.</html></oembed>
