Just came back from a cafeteria that has been accepting bitcoin for years... they had been using nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm for the past year. Of course they had not heard of the change to AlbyHub and of course payments had stopped working for months... I found out today when I tried to pay. Workers at the cafeteria used to have their own wallets fot tips... but most had changed phone or job. I'll get them back online. But it goes to show that if there is no recurring demand (at least one daily payment) the incentive to keep things working just isn't there...
