Usually I use Himalayan salt and today I used some Kona sea salt, so next time, I&#39;ll use 1 tsp of Himalayan salt. &#xA;&#xA;It was super easy... And the texture is what I was looking for-- crispy outside and chewy inside... &#xA;&#xA;This may not be an  authentic, spend days in the kitchen focaccia recipe, but my grandma would certainly give it a 👍 :-)&#xA;&#xA;I&#39;ll definitely build on this base. </html></oembed>
