I guess on my phone I do make use of Olympus by Zeus for Lightning (because if not them it'd just be some other Lightning node(s) and they're not doing anything stupid I'm aware of), but otherwise it's my node, my electrum server, my open source local software. Bitcoin doesn't need middlemen.
