Currently shop intake (couple $100k) is 70% fiat. We convert it all directly into bitcoin when we sell items. It’s now been almost 2 years since a payment provider for fiat granted us the use of fiat rails again. We lost that back in 2022, because we were “doing something with bitcoin”. So many people are paying with creditcards or Apple Pay while your data is spread through payment provider and banks into a lot of databases you don’t want to be in… Especially in EU.
