Most of it is just chaos during the chainsplit scenario which is going to be just as chaotic on layer 1 as lightning. I think most people are aware as this point not to move funds around activation time because of no replay protection. I am considering closing my lighting channels soon before activation so reduce complexity, but again, this will only last till chainsplit over and we have a winner
