So the art of life, or at least a large part of it, is how to deal with change. Or maybe more accurately: how to get better at dealing with change.&#xA;&#xA;The Buddhist&#39;s answer is non-attachment. The Christian&#39;s answer is trusting God&#39;s plan, I guess. &#xA;&#xA;Gardening is goated because you&#39;ll be forced to deal with and participate in change. The seeds you&#39;ve put in the ground just now are already compost, no matter how beautiful the flowers inbetween, or how tasty the fruits and vegetables. &#xA;&#xA;You&#39;ll have to deal with change, period. And death. And transformation. &#xA;&#xA;But it&#39;s all good in the end, because you know that winter won&#39;t last forever and spring will come again.</html></oembed>
