Makes me happy to see people actually make huge progress with a simple drug. It’s expensive for the general public. If you don’t have GLP-1 money. #fastdiet should work. But yeah, it will never be as easy as a drug. You have to bring a little power of will with you, but hopefully the gamification helps.
