Being dependant on a miniscule number of third-party operated relays to communicate with a network peer is just a bit silly really when you think about it. I guess a lot of people aren't able to visualise concepts this though, and simply fall back on what the group think. Nostr and ecash fan bases are a consequence of mass formation psychosis.
