Podcasts 1.25 always, as people talk kinda slowly, and at times 1.5x. A physics lecture series I'm watching is good at 1.5x, as it's somewhat review plus lecture-speak is deliberate. All that to say, you're right for some types of content. Probably should up the speed on podcasts for sure
