The creator figured out how to use the same DNS servers I think. The only difference is that instead of being able to host anything, you are only able to host blog posts. You still need a host server and I think you still need to backup and migrate your posts if you get censored. I could be wrong though. I asked the creator a lot of questions, but the answers were exaggerated and unclear.
