In that context failing to provide options for an important minority is stupid.&#xA;&#xA;It&#39;s as stupid as saying &#34;Only a small minority of Twitter users have a lot of followers; there&#39;s no reason to make their experience good.&#34;&#xA;&#xA;Obviously, the small minority who really need this stuff are often your most interesting users, who drive user interactions from the majority.&#xA;&#xA;Snowden being a great example!
