Unlike Bitcoin, every "node" can censor, and thus every large relay can be censored by the gov. Relays are just servers. They are no more "decentralized" than traditional web servers, which you can also run yourself. Nostr has no meaningful comparison to Bitcoin, which entirely different as a system.
