<oembed><type>rich</type><version>1.0</version><author_name>ButtercupRoberts (npub172…ug6ef)</author_name><author_url>https://nostr.ae/npub172y2yf9xrdekr25acsdfp2ag5t0lg4zdkz7rseegucuty8dp0ykq2ug6ef</author_url><provider_name>njump</provider_name><provider_url>https://nostr.ae</provider_url><html>I think of it more in the framework of many ai companies building it on the track to try to win a race for superintelligence (with all the dangers that entails) and getting themselves in the political arena trying to cater the #ai to geopolitical needs and harvesting data in mass surveillance batches when claiming it’s justified to cure cancer.&#xA;&#xA;But actually, if the purpose was to cure cancer, specifically specialized ai that only perfected what is needed for cancer diagnostics, etc… would bethe one financed.&#xA;&#xA;Technology is built by people who make it non-neutral in what they choose to put at the center of it. &#xA;And if superintelligence is developped, and let’s for the sake of argument take humans out of the loop, and the ai makes decisions: will that technology be neutral? Or will it have been determined by the incentives that trained it to that point?</html></oembed>
