I can't speak to in person, but their CBP Roam app is pure garbage. Didn't work at all, crashed repeatedly on wifes iOS. Even their iPad kiosk needed permission tweaking. Multiple calls and frustration finally got checked in. I feel people are worried about a technical competency that just isn't there.
