I just want to know what the you found in those terms yourself that you have such a problem with. If you have put any amount of rational thought into your position then his is your opportunity to articulate it. I am excited to talk with you if you really do care about terms of service half as much as I do. What part of their ToS "does not look good?" What part "degrades their offering?" What part affects privacy or the freedom of their software? As a bonus, maybe you can make me look bad. If you can do a good job of articulating exactly what nasty shit you supposedly found in the ToS, then my only options would be to agree with your assessment, or prove I didn't actually care about good software or terms.
