As a kid I always enjoyed the holiday but missed most of the meaning. I went to church when I was very young with my family but again I didn&#39;t learn much from it. Our family distanced from the church and I grew up.&#xA;&#xA;Now as an adult I find myself with the choice, to learn or ignore. What I&#39;ve found is faith is becoming more important and more clear in my life as a father and husband. The more I align myself with the lessons in the Bible and hold myself accountable to those, the better man I become to myself and my family.&#xA;&#xA;There is a great sense of peace with Christian faith. I cannot dispute the morals and values, and who would I be to do that? I don&#39;t believe in pushing ideals on others, but I do believe in my case as an example that following the teachings of Jesus will have immense positive impacts on your life and world outlook. I&#39;ve never felt a moment where I have more purpose on my life than right now, being a father and husband, and there is still so much I need to learn and repent for.&#xA;&#xA;God is good. &#xA;&#xA;</html></oembed>
